TLM Associate’s Employee Honored with Leadership Jackson’s Emerging Leader Award
TLM is a firm that takes pride in giving back to our community and employee community involvement is highly encouraged. Over the years, TLM has been a large supporter of the Leadership Jackson program administered by the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. At the 2010 Leadership Jackson graduation ceremony, several past graduates were honored for their dedication to the improvement of Madison County. This year Lisa Latham was the recipient of the Emerging Leader award. This award is presented to someone who graduated in the program within the last three years and has shown a significant interest in the community and exhibits strong leadership qualities.
Lisa has been with TLM for 4 years and is Registered Interior Designer. She serves on the Area Relief Ministries board, the Downtown Promotions Committee, Lambuth University’s “A Night with Bill Cosby” sponsorship committee, Alpha Omicron Pi Advisory Board and is the Chair of the Morgan Kelley Memorial 5K.
