EXPERIENCE
Daniel A Nichols has more than 28 years experience with TLM and has been involved in a wide range of engineering and architectural projects. He has been a Project Manager for more than seventeen years.
- Mr. Nichols has been Project Manager and Chief Designer for seven major industrial and manufacturing facilities in Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, Illinois and Tennessee ranging from $2 million to $60 million construction cost.
- Mr. Nichols has designed site development, grading, drainage and access roadways for industrial and treatment plants. He has provided master planning for industrial projects, proposed new facilities and plant expansions. Projects in four states included projecting growth and utility accessibility and the design of process equipment, including planning and layout, piping and wastewater treatment.
- Mr. Nichols has provided structural engineering studies of existing facilities for proposed manufacturing additions and modifications. He has done structural design and contract drawing preparation for commercial construction of hospitals, schools, restaurants, office buildings, stadiums, detention facilities and arenas.
