EXPERIENCE
Frank Wagster has been in the field of Architecture since 1966 and has practiced as a Registered Architect since 1977. He has been Project Architect on projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $30 million. He has been employed with TLM since 1984.
  • Mr. Wagster has been Project Architect on municipal projects including utilities, schools, fire departments, libraries, recreation facilities, law enforcement buildings, correctional facilities, public housing, airport facilities, and industrial parks.
  • Mr. Wagster also has been Project Architect on commercial projects including office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, arenas, car dealership vocational rehab centers, medical facilities, nursing homes, and banks.
  • His industrial, manufacturing and food-processing work includes industrial lab and clean room design, quality control labs, and water and wastewater lab design.
  • Mr. Wagster has handled grant applications, engineering reports, contract and construction administration on projects with various governmental agencies, including: CDBG, EDA, FmHA, HUD, FDA, State of Tennessee Dept. of Health 8 Environment, State of Tennessee Dept. of Library and Archives, State of Tennessee Board of Regents, State of Tennessee Military Dept., and the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Mr. Wagster has project management experience on the majority of projects listed including: feasibility studies, master planning, site planning and design, building planning and design, cost estimates, contract documents and specifications production, contract administration, code compliance and project inspection.
